RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


RETURNS

Customers have 30 days (from the date of receiving product) to return a collection piece for a full refund(minus shipping). 

*Returns must be in the original condition along with original packaging and receipt of purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend you insure all shipped packages as we cannot assume responsibility for anything lost in transit. Please allow a few days processing for refunds to be posted.

*Customized (altered from its original look) or engraved designs are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Customers have 30 days(from the date of receiving product) to make an exchange. Exchanges must be at least equal or greater value and in the original packaging.
